Apple announced today that they will be hosting a media event next Wednesday, March 7th. This really is no surprise, that this date was chosen since it fits the typical themes of Apple's Keynotes. There was rumor that this event would be held in New York, but this was inaccurate. The event will still be held in San Francisco just like many of Apple's previous media events. Now that the event has been set, the rumors are flying around in full force. "We have something you really have to see. And touch." is the tagline for the event, possibly implying that there will be a higher resolution screen. Another rumor is that apple may remove the home button from the tablet. I am not sure how accurate that this rumors is, but plenty of tech sites have speculated on this.
